Sales Manager SME North-East

This is your new task

  • You will independently manage and develop the collaboration with selected sales partners with a view to their performance in the relevant business areas
  • Together with your sales partners, you will develop targeted approaches for further expanding your portfolio, such as special coverage concepts or portfolio re-insurance. The focus is on a healthy portfolio mix.
  • In addition, you will work closely with specialist departments such as underwriting, claims and product management
  • You regularly analyze market and competitive developments and derive measures to increase success in line with the agreed goals
  • You will provide technical and sales support to our sales partners on all questions relating to our composite products. You will also independently conduct product and sales training sessions and webinars.
  • Last but not least, you develop and maintain your internal and external network

This is what you bring with you

  • You have strong sales and communication skills and enjoy personal interaction with sales partners
  • You are able to understand complex issues and develop meaningful solutions conceptually
  • In addition, you have a high degree of initiative and driving quality
  • You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments or a comparable qualification
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the composite sectors with a focus on commercial business
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in broker sales for an insurer or a broker
  • You have good knowledge and skills to succeed in negotiations and achieve good results
  • You are able to use modern tools effectively and quickly learn how to use new technology
